What we collect
You can browse this website without telling us who you are. We collect personal information only when you choose to send it to us:
- Appointment requests. Your name, phone number and/or email address, preferred date, the service and (optionally) the doctor you are interested in, how you would like us to contact you, and any message you add.
- Email, phone and WhatsApp. Whatever you share when you contact us directly.
Please do not send detailed medical information through the website. Our team will discuss your health with you in person or by phone.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your request: to contact you, arrange or confirm an appointment, and answer your questions. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
How it is stored
Appointment requests are sent by email to our appointments team. They are not stored in the website database. We keep them only as long as needed to respond and for our normal records, and limit access to staff who need it.
Cookies and other services
- This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress sets cookies only when our staff sign in to manage the site.
- The map on our pages loads map images from OpenStreetMap, which receives your device’s IP address in order to send them.
- Links to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp and Google Maps take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC).

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
